Q: How do I find out how to save a date for my event?
Call our office at 1-888-MI-BOOTH / 1-888-642-6684 or use or contact form to send us an e-mail. Once we find a date for your event, we require a $300. deposit to hold that date for you.
Q: What if we book a 4 hour rental and we want to extend that by an hour?
Sure, but this can only be done if there are no other bookings after your event. If that is the case, the cost for each additional hour is $125 and needs to be paid one hour in advance.
Q: Our event is outside, can this be rented for the outdoors?
Yes, contingent to the weather conditions. We can rent the booth in the rain, but cannot do so safely in a condition of high winds or lightning.
Q: Can we rent more than one booth for our party?
Yes. We have several booths and styles.
Q: How much notice do you require for a rental?
We prefer 30 days or as soon as possible to ensure that we are not booked up for your event.
Q: What if your equipment breaks down in the middle of our party?
We have a back up system on every rental to ensure little down time.
Q: Does someone from your company stay with the booth in case there is a problem with it?
Yes. We have a technician on every rental site.
Q: What is required from me to rent your booth?
First, any balance due must be paid 15 days before your event. Second, a level area 10’ x 6’. And third, a working power receptacle within 30’.
Q: What if we don’t want our party pictures posted to your web site?
You can decline the pictures from being posted to the web at the time of signing a contract with us.
Q: What happens if our guests and friends brag uncontrollably about what a hit our party was because we rented from Freeze Frame Foto Booth?
Then you know it was a great time by all!
